"Best safe home" award for Nada Alam developer
Property developer Seri Pajam Development Sdn Bhd has secured the Asia Pacific Property 2015-2016 award category for 'Best Safe Home' for its Nada Alam project in Pajam, Negeri Sembilan.
It also received high commendation 'Property Single unit' for the project.
Director Tey Soo Leng said the company was delighted over the internationally recognised award. With a gross development value of about RM630 million, Nada Alam was introduced into the market two years ago as a green living and sustainable lifestyle concept that sits on a freehold land area of 64.75ha and separated into five precincts with 5.26ha of green space.
