Seri Pajam Development Sdn Bhd fared well at the Asia Pacific Property Awards for its Nada Alam project. The company, known as the largest developer in Negri Sembilan, was honored with the "Best Safe Home" award and were highly commended for its "Property Single Unit". Playing on the concept of green living and sustainable lifestyle, its Nada Alam project which sits atop a freehold area of 160 acres, provides for 13 acres of green space. Residential units boast "eco-ventilation" complemented with three-tier security systems.
