Our journey from a "Class A" Contractor, Bukit Maju Development Berhad, to a prominent developer, Seri Pajam Development Sdn Bhd.

1978
Engaged as the main construction contractor of Putra Nilai (formerly Bandar Baru Nilai) a 6,233-acre integrated township. Main facilities constructed include: Alson Klana Resort (Nilai); Nilai Spring Golf Club and Nilai College.
