PORT DICKSON: Negri Sembilan-based property developer Seri Pajam Development Sdn Bhd -which has made its mark in Nilai, Senawang and Pajam - has made its maiden venture here to take advantage of the burgeoning development in the popular seaside town. Seri Pajam chairman Datuk Noordin said the company is confident that its latest project, Bayu Indera Lukut will do well as it is situated within the vicinity of Seremban, Kuala Lumpur International Airport and Putrajaya. The Bayu lndera project is set to position Seri Pajam as one of the states main property players as well as feature prominently in the Malaysia Vision Valley' Noordin said in his speech at the launch of the Bayu Indera property development project here today. Bayu lndera in Lukut comprise 1,057 terrace houses spread over a 100 acre plot of land and is based on the tropical gardens concept and each house has a built up area of up to 1,390 sq ft and prices start at 140250,000 apiece and is within a guarded community. Bayu lndera Lukut is adorned with two large recreational lakes connected with seven distinctive concept parks and is expected to be fully completed in 2019 for Phase 1. The development is another feather in the cap for the developer which has built more than 9,000 homes in the state since 2001 which include D'Mayang Sari in Nilai, Nada Alam and Citra Embun in Pajam as well as and Nusa lntan in Senawang.
