  • Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Division to plan, promote and organize Sales, campaigns, property launches, or Exhibitions. 

  • Handling new customer leads on daily basic

Marketing Executive

Job Description: 

  • Assist in brainstorming, planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies, and marketing ideas, strengthening the brand and positioning of products.  

  • Prepare creative and design needs, including but not limited to print designs, digital design, infographic designs, presentation decks, branding applications, creative ideation, and conceptualization.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital media like FB, IG, Google ads, TikTok video, and display advertising, across the digital advertising platforms.

  • Propose and implement marketing programs as well as create brand awareness in the digital space. Design, maintain, and grow social media presence.

  • Liaise with advertising agencies, media suppliers, and other external parties/vendors for marketing/advertising-related services/matters and ensure quality and timely delivery.

  • Assist in coordinating and implementing marketing activities i.e. organizing promotional events, property launches, events or property exhibitions, etc.

  • Attend customer enquiries on social media, email, WhatsApp & etc.


  • Degree in Art/ Design/Creative Multimedia/Marketing/ Advertising/ Media or equivalent.

  • Require language(s): English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Skill as such will be an advantage:  Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Video Editing

  • Knowledge in Digital Marketing, video shooting & editing will be an advantage.

Personal Assistant to CEO & Directors

  • Provide comprehensive support to the CEO and Director, including managing both business and personal matters.

  • Handle ad hoc tasks and assignments as directed by the CEO and Director.

  • Coordinate and liaise with both internal and external parties on various matters.

  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentation slides, take minutes, and assist in organizing and executing meetings and conferences.

  • Manage the day-to-day office and personal tasks of the CEO & Director, including prioritizing important deliverables.

  • Maintain precise calendars, manage appointments, and ensure commitments are met without conflicts.

  • Create presentations, communications, and documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.

  • Research, gather data, and analyze information to prepare comprehensive reports and documentation.


  • Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, or Advanced Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, or Secretarial studies (PSC), or a related field.

  • A minimum of 5-6 years of experience as a Personal Assistant.

  • Editing & Effects: Ensure logical sequencing, smooth transitions, and integrate audio and graphics for polished video presentations.

  • Collaborative Shoots: Strategically plan video shoots, collaborating with cross-functional teams to acquire talent, props, and products needed.

  • Marketing Strategy: Assist in brainstorming, planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies and ideas to strengthen brand positioning.

  • Event Coordination: Coordinate and implement marketing activities, including promotional events, property launches, and exhibitions.

  • Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with current trends to create relevant videos for marketing campaigns.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, Advertising, Multimedia, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software such as After Effects, Adobe Audition, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar.

  • Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Business Development Manager (Land & Industrial)

Job Description

  • Develop an active investment strategy, leveraging the company's brand and reputation to proactively build customer resources and maintain strong customer relationships both locally and internationally.

  • Engage with customers actively and provide introductions to the development's investment environment and diligently record customer interactions.

  • Track and maintain contact with customers, conduct market and product research, and coordinate activities in alignment with departmental priorities at each stage.

  • Plan, coordinate & execute advertising campaigns such as events, online media, and exhibitions and adhere to branding guidelines.

  • To deal with investment departments such as MITI, MIDA, Invest NS & etc

  • Regularly submit well-researched industrial real estate reports, offering market insights to support the company's major decisions.

  • Establish extensive connections with various industry companies, associations, and intermediaries to expand marketing channels.


  • Possessed at least a bachelor’s degree in business or property management, real estate/ sales and Marketing, and/or equivalent related qualification.

  • Having at least 3-5 years of related working experience in business development, particularly in the industrial development sector.

  • Result-driven, strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Able to converse and correspond fluently in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. 

  • Valuation experience and ideally a good familiarity with Malaysia Land & Industrial market.

  • Technically minded and able to handle complex and challenging projects.

  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail and confident presentation skill.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools like Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Possessed own vehicle and able to travel outstation whenever required.
