Looking at OVER 300 participants from the Majlis Perbadanan Nilai, neighborhoods, staff from Seri Pajam Development and the residence of the Taman Nusa Intan join hands to clean up areas within the Taman Nusa Intan on 27th July 2019.
The clean-up was organized by Seri Pajam Development. Held in collaboration with the Nilai Municipal Council (MPN), the gotong-royong was part of Seri Pajam Development corporate social responsibility to enhance community infrastructure in the Taman Nusa Intan Development, under the council’s Local Agenda 21 (LA21) outreach programme.
The Gotong-Royong Taman Nusa Intan will be launch by YB Tuan Haji Mohamad Taufek Bin Abd Ghani, Pengerusi Jawatankuasa Bertindak Pembangunan Belia Dan Sukan. Together with Yang Dipertua Majlis Perbandaran Nilai Dato Haji Zazali Bin Salehudin and The Chairman of Seri Pajam Development Dato’ HJ Noordin Bin Mohd Yatib. They will plant tree in the Taman Nusa Intan field as a symbolic of the launch of the program.
The Gotong Royong mainly promotes environment conservation and an appreciation towards Mother Nature. The campaign has now taken another step further with ‘Gotong-royong Taman Nusa Intan’ which reaching out to local communities in an effort towards strengthening relationships whilst fulfilling the Company’s corporate responsibilities by giving back to the society.
Seri Pajam Development was pleased to be involved in the community-based programme as it enabled the group to work with the public and local authorities in taking pro-active measures to improve the neighborhoods

On the event day there are activities such as tree planting, paint gazebo, paint railing, build the “Kebun Komuniti” (a place for the house onwer to plant Serai, Pandan leaves, Chili, Sawi & etc.), Mud ball activities, fruit exchange with recycle item, cleaning up the field, and Lucky draw for the house owner of the Taman Nusa Intan.
Continue the Seri Pajam Development commitment and collaborative efforts working towards a sustainable environment, promoting the friendly neighborhood in Taman Nusa Intan area and bring the community, from young to old, together for a very meaningful cause. Gotong royong is not only on cleaning up the streets and the field but on uniting the people, bringing all community from all walks of life coming together as one, working towards the same goal for the benefits of everyone with collaboration between the government and private sectors.
