Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer:
   This Lucky Draw campaign is organized by Seri Pajam Development Sdn Bhd.

2. Campaign Period:
   The campaign runs from 1 November 2025 to 11 November 2025
   Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility:

   • Participation is strictly limited to customers who have made a property booking during the campaign period.

   • Each eligible customer is entitled to one (1) spin or entry only. 

4. Participation Rules:

   • Each participant is allowed only one spin per booking.

   • Multiple spins or duplicate entries using the same booking will be disqualified.

   • The system will automatically verify the participant’s identity through their registered email (Gmail).

5. Prizes:

   • All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

   • The Company reserves the right to replace any prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.

   • Images or visuals of prizes are for illustration purposes only.
     
     *Special Condition for iPhone 17 Pro Max Prize*:

   • Participants who win the iPhone 17 Pro Max prize will receive an IKEA Gift Voucher worth RM100 first.

   • The iPhone 17 Pro Max will be awarded after the participant successfully completes the property purchase and signs the Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA).

   • If the participant does not proceed with the purchase or fails to sign the SPA, only the RM100 IKEA Gift Voucher will be retained as the final prize.

   • The Company’s verification and confirmation of the booking and SPA signing shall be final and binding.

6. Disputes & Decisions:
   In the event of any dispute, disagreement, or unforeseen circumstance, the Company’s decision shall be final and binding, and no further correspondence will be entertained.

7. Liability Disclaimer:
   The Company shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from participation in this lucky draw or the use of any prizes won.

8. Data Privacy:
   By participating, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information by the Company for campaign administration and winner notification purposes.

9. Acceptance of Terms:
   Participation in this lucky draw constitutes full acceptance of all the above Terms & Conditions.
